How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? Don’t worry, it’s very easy to reset your password for your PC Matic account.

1. Navigate to the following URL: https://www.pcmatic.com/support/#/kb/login-issue
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click Reset Password.

4. Now, check your email for a special link to reset your password. Allow at least 1-2 minutes for it to arrive, make sure to check your spam folder.

   

5. Click the link in the email and enter your new password.
