Update Billing Address/Payment
First you will need to access your Customer Account Page by clicking the link below:
- Log into your PC Matic account.
- If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the FORGOT PASSWORD option to initiate the process of sending a reset email to yourself.
NOTE: If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folders. If you are having an issue with resetting your password please contact us at [email protected]
- Next, click the Log In button to access your account.
- Click on the Billing Information tab on the left.
- Click on the blue Edit button at the top right. You will be prompted to enter your PC Matic password again.
- Then edit your Mailing Address or Payment Information. Then click the Save button.
