Update Billing Address/Payment
You can update your billing information in your Customer Account Page.
Click on this link: https://www.pcmatic.com/account
This will take you to your Customer Account Page.
- Log into your PC Matic account.
If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the "forgot password" option to initiate the process of sending a reset email to yourself.
NOTE: If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
- Next, proceed by clicking the "Log In" button to access your account.
- Click on the "billing information" tab on the left.
- Click on the blue "edit" button at the top right. You will be prompted to enter your PC Matic password again.
- Then edit your mailing address or payment information. Then click the Save button.
