Update your payment method and billing address
To update your payment method or billing address please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your PC Matic account
- Click on 'billing information'
- Click on the blue 'edit' button
- Enter your password again.
- Update your billing information and/or payment information and select 'save'.

- Enter your email address and password and click the Login button to access your account.
- Click on the Billing Information tab on the left.
- Click on the blue Edit button at the top right.
- You will be prompted to enter your PC Matic password again.
- Edit your Mailing Address and/or Payment Information, then click the Save button.
Forgot your password?
Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD option.
Enter your email address and click 'submit'.
