Update Email Address
You have the option to update your email address either through the PC Matic app (version 5) or on your Customer Account Page.
NOTE: Once you update your password, all of your PC Matic credentials will change.
If you are using our VPN, you must log out of the VPN application and then log back in using the new email address.

- Open PC Matic by clicking on the SuperShield icon in the system tray (by the time/date) then click Launch PC Matic.
Or you can right-click the PC Matic desktop icon and run the app as an administrator.
You can also search for PC Matic in the Search Bar. Then run PC Matic as an administrator.
- Click on Account.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Change your email address and then click Change Email.
- Enter your Password. Then click Change Email.
You can click Show Password to see your password.
Note: An error will be provided if the current password entered is incorrect.
- Once you change your email, you will get a notification saying "Email changed Successfully."

This will take you to your Customer Account Page.
- Log into your PC Matic account.
If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the "forgot password" option to initiate the process of sending a reset email to yourself.
NOTE: If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
- Next, proceed by clicking the "Log In" button to access your account.
- Click on "Change Email or Password."
- Re-enter your Password.
Your previous email address and password will appear.
- Update your email address.
- Save your updated email address. You will be redirected to your account dashboard with "Your information has been updated."
