Manage Subscriptions
You have the option to manage (turn off auto-renewal/cancel subscription, renew, increase devices, or activate a new license) your subscriptions either through the PC Matic app or on your Customer Account Page.
SELECT AN OPTION

- Open PC Matic by clicking on the SuperShield icon in the system tray (by the time/date) then click Launch PC Matic.
Or you can right-click the PC Matic desktop icon and run the app as an administrator.
You can also search for PC Matic in the Search Bar. Then run PC Matic as an administrator.
- Click on Account.
- Click on the Account tab.
- Click the three horizontal dots next to your subscription.
Turn off auto-renewal:
- Click the "Automatic Renewal" toggle to turn off your auto-renewal. You will also receive an email notifying you of the change.
Renew:
- Click Renew License. It will take you to the cart where you can renew your license.
Increase Devices:
- If you want to increase the amount of devices under your account, click "Increase Devices." It will take you to the cart where we give you more information.
Activate New License:
- If you have another PC Matic license/account, you can add it to your primary account.

This will take you to your Customer Account Page.
- Log into your PC Matic account.
If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the "forgot password" option to initiate the process of sending a reset email to yourself.
NOTE: If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
- Next, proceed by clicking the "Log In" button to access your account.
- Click the three horizontal dots next to your subscription.
Cancel subscription:
- Select "Cancel Subscription." You will also receive an email notifying you of the change.
Renew:
- Click Renew License. It will take you to the cart where you can renew your license.

- If you want to increase the amount of devices under your account, click "Increase Devices." It will take you to the cart where we give you more information.
