How do I access my PC Matic account?
You can access your PC Matic account, update your account information, manage your software subscriptions and renewals, upgrade your license, and more from your online account page.
Login at the following URL: https://www.pcmatic.com/account
Windows users can also access their account page from the PC Matic software program:
Open the PC Matic software on your computer in one of the following ways:
- Double click the PC Matic icon on your desktop
- Click on the Start button, then scroll to the PC Pitstop folder, then click on PC Matic
- Click on the SuperShield icon in the system tray (by the time/date) then click Launch PC Matic
Once PC Matic has opened, click on “Account” in the bottom-left corner.
This will open your default web browser to the PC Matic Account login page.
Be sure to click the “Save” button at the bottom after you make any changes.
