PC Matic Dashboard

The PC Matic User Interface opens to your device Dashboard, showing the current status of

the computer that you are using with an option to scan your computer.

First, let’s highlight 3 key sections of the user interface:

  1. Device Status - Displays current SuperShield status and next scheduled scan.
  2. Navigation - Allows you to browse other pages of the User Interface.
  3. Footer - Provides access to your Account, Support, the PC Matic Shop, and more.

Device Status

  • Green: SuperShield is installed and actively protecting the device.
  • Blue: SuperShield is not installed, paused, or turned off.

Navigation

  • Dashboard – Access all of the information about your computer’s security, performance, and past trend; and run an on-demand scan.
  • SuperShield – View SuperShield logs of process activity on your computer.
  • Scheduler – Set up scheduled scans for your entire account or just a single device.
  • Devices – View the other devices on your account.
  • Reports – All scan reports from your device are stored here for easy access and review at any time.
  • Options – Customize scan settings, restore changes, and more inside of Options.

Footer

  • Account – Click here to view or edit your PC Matic account information.
  • Add a Device - Click here and follow the instructions for adding PC Matic to another device on your account.
  • Support – Access support resources and contact our customer service team right inside PC Matic!
  • Shop – Check out the PC Matic shop to renew your license or purchase other offerings.
  • Logout – Click here to logout of PC Matic. You should only logout if you are moving to another account.

Computer and Scan Information

Displayed in the large content section is the name of your computer, the operating system and the date of the Last Test and Next Test. Clicking on the date allows you to see the full scan report from the last test that ran on your computer, along with editing the current settings or scheduling a new scan for your computer. Clicking on the green SCAN button allows you to run an on-demand scan for this device.

Quick Stats

The quick stats section allows you to have quick access to the Scan History, Performance Trends, and Maintenance Statistics reports.
