Removing Existing Devices
You can remove existing devices from your account if you are no longer using that device, it has died, or you no longer wish to protect it. To the right of the device name on your dashboard is an option to remove a device. Just click the X.
If a computer has been on the account less than 60 days, but has been scanned within the last 60 days, it cannot be removed from the account via the dashboard. Computers that have been on the license more than 90 days can be removed without having to wait 60 days from the last scan.
