How to send a support log file

To create and send a PC Magnum log file to support:

  1. Open the PC Magnum application and click the Options gear icon

  2. Select the Technical Support tab and click the Create a log button to put a zipped file on your desktop called

  3. Right-click on the file on the desktop, select Rename and add .txt to the end of the file name so that it reads

  4. Please attach the renamed zipped log file to your reply.

If you don’t see .zip at the end of the PCMagnum-Support, you will need to go to Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View and remove the check mark from Hide extensions for known file types, then click Apply so you can see the full file name.
