How to send a support log file in PC Magnum

To create and send a PC Magnum log file to support:

  1. Open the PC Magnum application and click the Options gear icon

  2. Select the Technical Support tab and click the Create a log button to put a zipped file on your desktop called PCMagnum-Support.zip.

  3. Right-click on the PCMagnum-Support.zip file on the desktop, select Rename and add .txt to the end of the file name so that it reads PCMagnum-Support.zip.txt.

  4. Please attach the renamed zipped log file to your reply.

If you don’t see .zip at the end of the PCMagnum-Support, you will need to go to Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View and remove the check mark from Hide extensions for known file types, then click Apply so you can see the full file name.
