How do I remove a device from PC Matic?

If you have an old computer or device that you no longer wish to keep on your PC Matic account, you can remove it easily from inside PC Matic.

  1. Open PC Matic by clicking on the SuperShield icon in the system tray (by the time/date) then click Launch PC Matic.

  2. Click the Devices icon in the navigation row.

  3. Click the ‘X’ in the upper right corner of the device that you wish to remove.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Woohoo! That device is now removed from your account. If you need to install on a new device, check out the Add a Device page.
