Install SuperShield - PC Matic 4

We recommend using a supported, up-to-date operating system, such as Windows 11, for the most secure and best user experience possible. PC Matic no longer provides updates to our legacy applications on Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.

Following the installation of PC Matic, if you encounter the message "This device is not protected," it indicates that SuperShield was not installed during the PC Matic installation process.

  1. After installing, restart the computer and open PC Matic. You should see "This device is protected."
