How do I turn off automatic renewal?

Turn automatic renewal on or off


To ensure your devices stay protected without interruption, automatic renewal is enabled by default. If you prefer to manage your renewals manually, you can turn this feature off at any time by following the steps below.


  1. Visit your PC Matic Account Page
  2. Log in with your account email address and password.
  3. Click the My Subscriptions tab

  4. Locate the subscription you wish to change and click the green toggle to turn it off.
