Support Log File

To assist with troubleshooting various issues with the PC Matic application or your device, customer support may ask you for a log file. Below, we will guide you through the very simple steps to generate and submit a log file.

  1. Click on the menu at the top left corner.

  2. Click on Settings (or Feedback).

  3. In the pane that opens on the right side, click on the blue Generate button next to Log File.

  4. Wait a few moments for the log file to generate and be sent to support.
  5. A notification will display when the log file has been sent. You can close the notification.

Once you have generated a log file, please reply to your support conversation and let us know.
