How do I update my payment & personal information?

You can quickly update your credit card information or personal information by visiting your PC Matic Account page.

  1. Visit https://cart.pcmatic.com/update.asp.
  2. Enter your PC Matic account email address and password and click Login.

  3. Click Personal Information in the sidebar along the left side.

  4. Now click Edit in the upper right corner of the screen.

  5. Confirm your PC Matic account password.
  6. Enter your new credit card information or personal information and click Save.

Complete! Your information is now updated. If you changed your credit card information it will take effect on your upcoming renewal.
