Logging into my PC Matic account
Windows
- Open PC Matic by clicking on the SuperShield icon in the system tray (by the time/date) then click Launch PC Matic.
Or you can right-click the PC Matic desktop icon and run the app as an administrator.
You can also search for PC Matic in the Search Bar. Then run PC Matic as an administrator.
- Once PC Matic launches, enter the login credentials for your PC Matic account.
The "Show Password" option allows you to see your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you may click on the "forgot password" option to initiate the process of sending a reset email to yourself.
NOTE: If you do not receive the link to reset the password in just a few minutes, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
- Next, proceed by clicking the "Log In" button to access the PC Matic application. Upon successful login, you will be directed to your dashboard.
Macs
The user interface for PC Matic Mac is different than for the Windows program. All interaction with the PC Matic program will be done through the small shield icon in your status menu, not the icon in the Launchpad.
- Click the SuperShield icon at the top and then click on "Web Portal."
- The Web portal will open up in your browser to a login page. Enter the login credentials for your PC Matic account.
You can change the language of the web page below the login button.
